  • No view or outlook from the house (like they have now) – feels a bit enclosed

Summary & Reccomendations

This initial pricing seems suitable in order to find the ideal buyer that is willing to pay for the premier location. I will talk to you about organising payment for lawn mowing once a fortnight. In the meantime we will continue to keep the property clean. No other recommendations at the current stage.
